Gas membrane separation technology is a kind of mixed gas with low energy consumption, simple equipment, easy operation and no influence on the environment. Due to special properties graphene oxide (GO) membrane, GO has become research hotspot technology. In this paper, A critical thickness demonstrated: when less than 600nm, conductance inversely exponential thickness, but proportional thicker 600nm.
